Return Policy
We keep returns simple so the end of your rental period is just as smooth as the start.
How returns work
Free return: One week before the end of your rental period you will receive a free return label and clear instructions. Pack the product securely and send it back within seven days.
Paid pickup: We can also collect the product from your home or location. The cost depends on your area and the type of product.
Conditions: Products should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, allowing for normal wear. Heavy dirt, missing parts or late returns can lead to extra charges.
Early return: If you would like to return sooner, contact our team and we will help you find a suitable solution.
